UK Student Visa Update regarding living expenses

 🚨 UK Student Visa Update – Official


The UK Government has confirmed new Student Visa maintenance fund requirements from 30 November 2026:


📍 London: £1,570/month

📍 Outside London: £1,203/month


💷 9-month maximum:


London: £14,130

Outside London: £10,827


Applications submitted before 30 November 2026 will continue to use the existing rates.


Please also note that you are required to maintain an additional £1,500 buffer amount to account for potential currency fluctuations.


Please ensure that the required funds are maintained accordingly to request for the CAS letter.
